Kæru Nexus meðlimir
Nú líður að fimmta aðalfundi Nexus en hann verður haldinn mánudaginn 30. mars kl. 18:00 á þriðju hæð í Gimli HÍ. Við hvetjum alla meðlimi til að taka daginn frá og mæta til að kjósa nýja stjórn. Allir sem áhuga hafa eru hvattir til að bjóða sig fram í stjórn hvort sem er sem formaður, varaformaður, gjaldkeri, ritari, meðstjórnandi eða varamaður.

Meðlimir sem vilja bjóða sig fram í stjórn Nexus skulu senda skeyti á stjorn@nexusrov.org með “Framboð” í heiti tölvupóstsins. Í skeytinu skal skýrt koma fram hvaða stöðu meðlimur býður sig fram í.
Auk þessa er kosið um lagabreytingar á aðalfundi ef þörf eru á því, en tillögur að þeim þurfa að berast stjórn a.m.k. viku fyrir aðalfund með tölvupósti.
Á næstu dögum mun greiðsluseðill birtast í heimabanka meðlima fyrir árgjald NEXUS, 2000 kr. Vinsamlegast hafið í huga að aðeins þeir sem hafa greitt árgjaldið hafa rétt til að kjósa stjórn og bjóða sig fram í embætti.

Dear Nexus members
The fifth general meeting of Nexus is now on the horizon and scheduled at 30 March at 18:00 on the third floor of Gimli, University of Icleand. We encourage all members to reserve the date and attend to elect a new board.Everyone interested is encouraged to run for positions on the board, whether it be as Chair, Vice-Chair, cashier, secretary, member of the board or an alternate.
Members who wish to run for a position on the board should send an email to stjorn@nexusrov.org with the word “Election” in the subject. In the email it should be specified which position you wish to run for.
In addition to this, any proposed changes to the Nexus legislation will be voted on at the meeting, but such proposals must be sent to the board at least a week before the meeting by email.
In the next few days, a payment request will appear in the Icelandic electronic banking of our members for the Nexus annual membership fee, 2000 ISK. Please keep in mind that only those who have paid the annual fee have the right to vote at the election and run for positions on the board.
